Wilford W. Kimball III graduated from BYU in 1994 with a degree in Instrument Performance & Pedagogy. He also spoke at the April 1994 convocation.

Kimball is a BYU trombone professor. He has performed internationally with jazz ensembles as well as symphonies. Kimball was part of the orchestra which performed the music for the movie The Sandlot. Kimball has also worked on other films as well.
