R. Steven Call is a member of the Music Faculty at Brigham Young University, where he has taught tuba, euphonium, and jazz studies since 1979. His teaching assignments include courses in jazz keyboard, jazz combo performance, and jazz history. He also directs the award-winning BYU Jazz Dixieland Band.
