Keri Costello

Keri Lynne Costello graduated from Brigham Young University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in vocal performance.

As a student, she attended the National Opera Association's Opera Scenes Competition and performed a scene from Le nozze di Figaro with Katherine Henly and George Hnatiuk. The BYU opera students returned from the competition victorious. That fall BYU produced Cosi fan tutte and Costello played the role of Despina.

In January 2013 at the district Metropolitan Opera auditions Keri was a recipient of the Encouragement Award. In 2014, she received the Oscarson Discovery Grant to participate in the Si parla, si canta program in Urbania, Italy. The program's intent is to provide the students with excellent Italian Language and Italian Opera training.
