Brandt Curtis

Brandt B. Curtis graduated from Brigham Young University in 1953 with a degree in Music. He received a Master's degree from Indiana University in 1955. He was later a Voice and Opera instructor at BYU for thirty-seven years.

Curtis was born August 24, 1924 to McDonald and June Moody Curtis. He served in the US armed services from 1944 to 1946 during WWII. He served a mission for the LDS church to Argentina. He was a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and a sealer for the Provo Temple.

Curtis married Norma Vance on September 5, 1950 in the Mesa Arizona Temple and together they had six children.

Curtis passed away September 21, 2008 due to complications of Alzheimer's. Norma passed away March 31, 2013.
